Meet Your Board-Certified Endodontist
Sean Geary, DMD
Dr. Sean Geary has always known that he would end up in a profession that allowed him to help others in a tangible way. It wasn’t until college that he discovered dentistry to be the perfect path for him to combine his natural technical abilities with his compassionate commitment to serving others.
A native of St. Louis, MO, Dr. Geary earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Truman State University, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Harvard University in 2015, followed by a residency in endodontics at Tufts University, which he completed in 2017. In 2022, he achieved board certification in endodontics—a distinction held by only about 20% of endodontists nationwide, underscoring his dedication to clinical excellence.
As a board-certified endodontist, Dr. Geary is passionate about relieving dental pain and preserving natural teeth through advanced techniques and personalized care. He prioritizes patient comfort and education, ensuring each person feels supported and confident throughout their treatment.
Dr. Geary lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Dr. Lauren Gerkowicz, a local orthodontist, and their two young children. Outside the office, he enjoys attending concerts, discovering new restaurants, watching football, and spending quality time with his family.
